Lets Talk Cardio

Most people will tell me they hate cardio. While I can agree that some cardio can be tedious and/or unpleasant, I can also agree that some cardio can be fun. So what is the best cardio to do? It is the one you enjoy!! Maybe the idea of spending an hour on the treadmill sounds miserable and dancing...even while no one is watching...isn't your thing. While the weather is warming up try going outside and doing something. Basketball, soccer, swimming, biking are all good ways to burn calories! Find a friend and try out tennis. The worse your skills are the more exercise you will get out of the sport! And remember laughing burns calories as well;) Anything that gets your heart rate up for an extended amount of time counts! Channel your inner child and go have fun! Then make sure you don't undo this calorie burn with poor nutrition. Eat right, burn some calories and you can feel good about the day. Give it a try!
